WHY IS THE COLLAGEN COLLECTION SO EFFECTIVE?
 There are many other collagen products on the market today. However, the patented process by which The Collagen Collection is produced sets it apart from anything else available. The most common sources of collagen are derived from plants, sharks, chickens and bovine. Plant collagen is very different from animal collagen and therefore has an extremely low absorption rate. Shark collagen from shark cartilage tends to be very expensive and although has some merit in cancer prevention, the absorbency rate for humans is still quite low. Collagen from chickens is a good source and this type is particularly suited to joint relief. Bovine collagen is the most potent and closest in type to that of humans. However, the normal way to extract collagen is to remove it from the hide and check for purity. It is then dried, added to a buffer and put into capsules. Even though bovine source is the most potent, producing capsules by this method still only ends up with a product that is 15% bioavailable (amount absorbed into the body).
The Collagen Collection takes the collagen and under pharmaceutically sterile conditions nourishes the amino acid chains in the collagen so they begin to grow. This whole process takes between 2 ½ and 3 months, at this point the amino acid chain is as near as can be to our own and is readily absorbed into the body giving over 95% absorbency. The Collagen Collection is therefore about 6 times more potent than most of the best alternatives on the market.
DIRECTIONS FOR USAGE
 Take 3 capsules per night, at least one hour after a meal and before retiring. As a general rule, this should be 3 hours after a meal, 2 hours after a light meal, e.g. a salad and 1 hour after alcohol or fruit juice. The reason for this is that if there is any digestion occurring when the collagen enters your stomach it will be broken down by the stomach acids and not absorbed fully. It is important to drink at least 1 liter of water per day for complete hydration.
Once you have taken this amount for 1 week, it is possible to take 3 at night and 3 on rising for 1 month. This will give your skin a boost.
If you want to promote muscle growth, you may take 3 capsules 30 minutes before exercising.
You may also apply the collagen to the skin for incredible results. Mix 1 to 2 capsules with a cream or aloe vera gel and apply to the skin for up to 20 minutes, depending on your skin type. Rinse and apply moisturizer as per normal. Repeat 2 to 3 times per week.
